Recognized as one of the prominent Indian restaurants in Singapore, Shahi Maharani continues to deliver traditional Indian cuisine passed down from the yesteryears of the maharajas.
Our Journey
Shahi Foods Pte Ltd was founded in 1983 by the late Mrs Duru Mirpuri. Shahi Maharani, a restaurant venture under the company, opened in 1997 and relocated to Raffles City in 2001. Today, Mr Kishore Mirpuri and his daughter, Ms Chitra Mirpuri, own Shahi Maharani and continue the family legacy as directors of Shahi Foods Pte Ltd.
Our Team
Dining at Shahi Maharani is an affair to remember – guests receive the royal treatment from Shahi Maharani’s hospitable and knowledgeable service team. The service team is well supported by a strong kitchen brigade – the kitchen turns out distinctive Indian dishes redolent of the country’s panoply of spices.
